How it Works
The Real Business Challenge (RBC) 2011 is open to students who will be in Year 10 (or S3 in Scotland) over the 2011/2012 academic year. Some schools will run the RBC with students whilst they are still in Year 9/S2 (in the spring or summer), others with Year 10s/S3 at the start of the autumn term.
Once you have registered and downloaded the resource pack, you will see from the materials and teacher’s notes that the challenge is designed to allow teachers a great deal of flexibility in how to run the challenge. It can be run across a whole year group as an off-timetable enterprise day or be used to support lessons delivering the curriculum.
The table below outlines the key stages of the RBC.
